Everything especially the staff, some would say they told to me to write but believe me thats so far from true, this is the most exceptional, friendly,heart warming and welcoming staff you would ever meet, the reception especially Sadeel and O'wn, the kitchen staff and literally every one has big smile on their face that make you want to stay longer, 100% recommend

The accommodation was expensive. Every time I entered the hotel with my child, I was subjected to a search as if I were entering a prison. I didn't feel any personal freedom. The jacuzzi was expensive and not free. The swimming pool was only 1.20 meters deep. For breakfast, I asked the kitchen staff several times for two plates of fried eggs, but they made a mistake and apologized, saying, "This isn't what you ordered." While I was sitting outside for breakfast, there were many smokers smoking freely, and this bothered me greatly, especially since I had a small child with me. There were also flies on the table. At reception, the receptionist offered me a suite and told me to take it and pay, as if she were mocking the amount I had paid for a regular room. There were no evening activities at the hotel, and I felt bored.

This resort hotel is one of the finest we have ever stayed at, so much so, that we hope to visit again next year. From check- in to check-out we were treated with respect and kindness. All the staff were exceptional. Mohammed in particular was especially helpful. The food was delicious at the buffet breakfast and dinner. An especially good value was the ala carte dinner at Amwaj restaurant at the hotel— the chef is excellent. The Red Sea beach is great for swimming and safe.

The pool small and cold, not heated, and they say it will start heating in November. The restaurant is poor and empty duo to high price. We had issues with hot water, but they fixed it

I will start off by saying I came on this trip alone to celebrate my birthday, and while I did arrive alone I felt so special and cared for by the staff all of whom I had just met. This was an experience one I will never forget. From the time I got out of the taxi through my entire stay, the staff was absolutely incredible. I didn’t have to lift a finger, my taxi door was opened by the hotel staff, they grabbed my bags brought them up to my room. The check-in process was very smooth, the man who assisted me with check-in was so kind he is a linguist and he helped me out by writing down some places that were nearby that I could check out that I asked him for. My room was beautiful and It looked as expected. Jenni was the young woman I met in the lobby and she helped me the entire time with any request I had, On my first night Jenni came up with a surprise slice of cake and a birthday song which really made my day.The breakfast and dinner at the resort were a 10/10! They have the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel EVER! I was able to get a table outside with a gorgeous view and here Mr Rahman, and Ms Gladys were especially hospitable and made me feel very cared for and special. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Timothy for my dinner dining experience and he was great as well. I ate at two different restaurants on the property. The food was exceptional, my favorite was the Steak and seafood place, I tried some new things and every single thing I ate was amazing. I left feeling very satisfied. They also sang happy birthday at dinner and it was just so nice. I wish I had the names of the people who assisted me they were all amazing from the waitress to the chefs and the food was great and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had an amazing time at the beach, by the pool shout out to the lifeguards. I didn’t need leave the resort for much. Mr Ammouri the hotel manager was very welcoming as well. I had a great time overall and I will be back!

Breakfast was exceptional and location was good (10 - 15 min. Walk to downtown)

Balcony on 6th floor is not the best. We asked to move to 5th floor and the staff was very helpful and cooperative.

The one good thing was some nice polite staff like Owen and few others

Way way too over priced won’t let you bring any drinks from outside. My friend came back to the room with a taxi they wouldn’t let the taxi go and in my friend has to walk from the main outside gate to the lobby

I really liked the hotel, the theme and the paintings were very beautiful. The room size was good and the view was nice.”

The cleanliness of the room was not good, and the bathroom had no privacy at all, especially since the door was transparent. The staff were very slow with service, especially in the restaurant, even though it was empty. We requested room cleaning twice but they didn’t clean it. The breakfast was not diverse at all for a five-star hotel, and the restaurant area was very small. Also, there were no tissues provided in the room, only in the bathroom.”

We were forced to flee Israel due to the war. We did so by Eilat to Aqaba and selected Al Manara to stay in until our flight left. Absolutely first class hotel and staff. Gorgeous, clean accommodations and excellent amenities. Staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. Pool and beach areas were clean and expertly maintained. I liked how the lifeguards encouraged the kids to play and interacted with them. Waiting/serving staff are amazing. Duncan is a fabulous bartender and server who treated us magnificently during dinner, and Gretchen was very kind and attentive during breakfast. The staff helped us schedule a shuttle to the airport and got us there ahead of schedule. The restaurants are fabulous— the catch of the day at Taybeh was the best fish I’ve ever had!
